Be sure the chicken breasts are thawed enough to cut. Slice into 1/2-inch or thinner slices and arrange on the prepared broiling pan. Place under the broiler for 4 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reads over 160 degrees.
To make the sauce, stir the remaining ingredients together. Taste and adjust, as the amount of sambal oelek is approximate.
